Once upon a time I was a stressed out mother and graphic designer was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. I was given a 50/50 chance of surviving the next 5 years. Every day after this diagnosis was a day that I didn’t know if I would survive. For the next 2 years I underwent a double mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I focused on survival. But then one day…I realized that part of my survival was to express my emotions and create art. I created artwork so that I could have an outlet to release ALL emotions. Because of that…I discovered that I could help other people express what they love and their emotions through art too. Until finally…I dedicated my work to help other’s express themselves through art. (psst..I am not a coach or therapist and do not treat or diagnose. I work as a professional artist who will give you the tools and techniques to effectively empower yourself through art expression)
